What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation if the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A small cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How can I pay for my trip?
You can pay a small advance amount online to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip. We also accept UPI payments like GPay and PhonePe.
Can I book a cab for a multi-day outstation trip?
Absolutely! Our outstation packages are perfect for multi-day trips. The fare is calculated based on a minimum of 250 km per day. Our team can help you plan the perfect itinerary.
